Pilot

The market analysis will be based on public sources, internal information of the partners, interviews and data from their extensive network in oil and gas, the process industry and the utility sector and from publicly available information. From this market analysis the commercial business case can be drawn as well as the to-go-market strategy for the (to be established) start-up company.

Key here is how the company would want to use the technology, i.e. as a product or a service. The pilots will deliver valuable information on what systems would need to be developed for commercial application, both from an organizational as well as technological standpoint. For the pilot one-off insertion and extraction the available Phoenix technology will need to be adjusted. This adjustment is the only  technical work in the project and is necessary to show the potential.

While we use Phoenix technology, we apply this in different application areas and business case development and support hardware are not foreseen in the Phoenix project. Should the data gathered in the pilot be useful for the Phoenix project, SMarble will make these available for the Phoenix project.
